Junior Goals​

• Achieve all A's in my nursing courses.

• Increase my ability to communicate effectively through working with patients and oral presentations.

• Provide safe and effective care to all patients in the clinical setting.

• Develop and feel confident with the nursing skills that I am learning.

• Get inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honors Society during my senior year.

Senior Goals

• Prepare for and pass the NCLEX on the first attempt.

• Gain employment as a circulating nurse in an operating room (OR).

• Graduate with the highest distinction (Summa Cum Laude).

• Feel confident utilizing the nursing process on my own and excel in the clinical setting throughout my role transition in the OR.

• Submit a package to the Navy after graduation to become a part of the Reserve Navy Nurse Corps to continue my military career.

• Decide if I want to apply to graduate school after a few years after working to become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
